Things to Consider When Planning & Booking with Intimate Picnic
Intimate Picnic caters special occasions for entertaining guest in outdoor locations such as parks and gardens areas. We provide a beautiful outdoor dining experience using one of our curated table designs. Our picnics are so much more than an average social experience. With our service, clients get to relax and enjoy the event without hassle of set-up, decor and picnic breakdown.
Intimate Picnic is open Monday thru Thursday 11am-6pm for picnic inquires booking . Picnics days are only between Thursday-Sunday; 1pm-7pm. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance pending the weather conditions, your type of event and request date. You can send an inquiry by contacting us via our Contact page.
Each picnic is designed using one of our curated styles and colors. Should you request a specific color; additional fees will apply.
Location: Whether it's one of our pop-up locations or your cozy backyard, we work to create a beautiful setup.
Booking Your Picnic: Once we receive your contact form, well will contact you within 24-48hrs to discuss details.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to secure the date & time for your picnic. You are also welcome to pay in full. The remaining balance (if any) will be due 7 days before your event date.
Payments and Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Once your inquiry is received a free consultation phone call to discuss your event. After all agreements have been finalized, a deposit is required for for date. When your payment has been confirmed, planning your picnic starts immediately.
Full Payments-A 50% refund will be granted on full payments when the cancellation request is received at least 14 consecutive days prior to the scheduled event date
(OR) a credit can be issued to use towards a future picnic scheduling based on availability that must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing!
Weather-related cancellations-Intimate Picnic will do our best to keep up with weather forecasting, unfortunately we are not in control of mother nature. In some cases it may be too hot or rain mat affect your day to be outdoors. In any event a credit will be issued to use towards a future picnic scheduling based on availability that must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date.
